Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design and planning entitlements for this market-rate, condominium development in North Portland, Oregon. This will be the first high-density residential project in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood. Near the Lombard Street MAX station, this three-building complex with below-grade parking offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominiums, all with balconies and views — of the Cascades, Mt. Hood, or Forest Park. Natural wood siding and accents will add visual interest and warmth to the façades. The north mixed-use building has extensive glazing to take advantage of the views. The shorter middle and south buildings feature materials more residential in scale and character.
