Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the design of the conceptual master plan of this premier living, shopping, and entertainment destination in Southeast Bend, Oregon. 15th & Wilson — A Neighborhood Village is set on a 33-acre site and includes 850 residential units situated around public plazas, cafes, and a boutique shopping experience. This community-minded development will have a range of living arrangements, from small studios and condominiums to penthouses and town homes, a lively commercial center, a green path network, and a 1,100-space, below-grade parking garage. Using a blend of the urban and the natural, this Northwest Contemporary design will feature natural regional materials such as stone, wood, steel, and glass.
