Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, interior design, and planning entitlements for this market-rate, commercial/retail and condominium community in Government Camp, Oregon. The buildings are three stories in height and are constructed of composite wood and steel framing. The design includes 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 57 condominium residences. The project contains a total of 116,112 square feet and is located on a 136,564-square-foot site. The estimated total construction cost of the project is $14.5 million.
