The Myhre Group Architects team was responsible for the architectural design, interior design, and planning entitlements for this market-rate, commercial/retail and affordable apartment community in Portland, Oregon. The building is five stories in height. The design includes 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail, structured parking, an elevated central courtyard, and 181 dwelling units. The project contains a total of 162,700 square feet and is located on a 40,000-square-foot, full city block site. The Myhre Group Architects team designed and managed this project into the Construction Administration phase while still affiliated with their previous firm. Completed in August of 2001, the total construction cost of the project was $12.3 million.
