The Myhre Group Architects team was responsible for the architectural design and planning entitlements for this market-rate, commercial/retail and apartment community in Gresham, Oregon. The building is four stories in height and is constructed of a wood and steel frame over a concrete slab-on-grade. The project includes ground-floor retail, "tuck-under" parking, and 29 dwelling units. The project contains a total of 27,000 square feet and is located on a 12,000-square-foot site. The project was completed in February of 2001 while the group was still affiliated with their previous firm. That same year, the firm received a Governor's Livability Award for their involvement in the project. The total construction cost of the project was $2.5 million.
