Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural redesign of this project in Bend, Oregon. Located on an approximately 5.76-acre site, the development consists of five post-tensioned concrete buildings between two and five stories with below-grade structured parking. The development will have approximately 159 condominium and fractional ownership units and provisions for 90 additional “lock-off” units. 500 Bond will include amenities such as an owner’s lounge and terrace, fitness center, concierge services, pool, hot tub, and event/barbeque areas. The exterior is designed to fit in with the existing Old Mill District architecture. The estimated total construction cost of the project is $65 million.
