Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design of this mixed-use apartment development in Northwest Portland’s Pearl District. With a bold, contemporary design, the building is six stories in height and is constructed of wood framing over a concrete base. The design includes 152 market-rate rental units, as well as ground-floor commercial spaces. The exterior of the building features glass, concrete, metal, and wood accents. The project contains a total of 215,000 square feet. Construction was completed in Spring 2010. The total construction cost of the project was $23 million.
