Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, master planning, planning entitlements, and interior design for this seven-building, luxury waterfront mixed-use condominium community on Hayden Island in Portland, Oregon. The buildings are each five stories in height, and are constructed of post-tensioned concrete slabs and light-gauge steel framing built over below-grade structured parking garages. The design includes surface and below-grade parking, a 210-slip marina with direct access to the main channel of the Columbia River, a clubhouse, a pool and spa, and 206 dwelling units. The project contains a total of 560,000 square feet and is located on a 26-acre site. The total construction cost of the project is estimated at $100 million.
