Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design, interior design, and planning entitlements for this market-rate commercial/retail and condominium community in Southeast Portland, Oregon. The building is four stories in height and is constructed of post-tensioned concrete slab and light-gauge steel framing. The design includes "tuck-under" surface parking, a basement, 4,955 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 30 dwelling units. The project contains a total of 42,894 square feet and is located on a 15,000-square-foot urban site. Construction was completed in the summer of 2006. The total construction cost of the project was $4.5 million.
