Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design of this 4-story mixed-use development in Southeast Portland, Oregon. The complex consists of 127 apartment units, which are a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The project features a below grade parking garage for residents as well as additional parking for the 7,000 square foot neighborhood grocer that is located at the North end of the building. Ample bike parking is also available. There are 17 commercial bike parking stalls and 215 bike parking stalls for residents. With a modern, contemporary design, large windows allow for beautiful natural lighting in each unit. This project is slated for completion in 2018.
