Myhre Group Architects was responsible for the architectural design of this mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. With 50 units spread out over 41,294 square feet, the wood-framed building is clad in cement siding and brick, with defining bay windows projecting from the edifice’s façade. Beaumont Village has fresh, modern appeal while still paying homage to a more traditional local aesthetic. Residents are able to choose between dynamic loft and open layouts, which all feature energy-star rated, stainless steel in unit appliances, hardwood floors, private balconies or patios, and access to bike storage. Centrally located amongst multiple parks, breweries, bakeries, and brunch hot spots, Beaumont Village is the latest addition to a bustling urban neighborhood.
